Who can explain why waiting has to be setuped on assembly (answer D), not on Paint. I suggest A or C (Queue or transit after painting)

See the required operations are paint and then assemble frame. There is a wait required before starting assembly so the queue time after must be setup for paint and "queue time before" must before frame. Therefore answer AD seems OK to me. Queue time after and Queue time before
