@Azza, the link is about profile synchronization with local AD not Office 365 or Azure AD. Answer A is correct look at this link https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/hybrid/configure-hybrid-onedrive-for-businessroadmap On step 1 description: "Configure your Microsoft 365 organization for a hybrid environment, including registering your domain, configuring UPN suffixes, and synchronizing your user accounts."

For hybrid profiles, profile data will exist in both locations, however the question states that "You need to ensure that all user profile data is stored in Office 365."

Answer should be A. SharePoint Active Directory Import is for onprem user profiles only.
