A certainly is the answer but this name “Microsoft 365 Business” has been changed to Microsoft 365 Business Premium.

i think It's not meant as a specific license like in c and d, but in a more general expression.

A is correct. Also be mindful of the amount of users.. the question specifically tells you the user count (250) - Business (Premium) is viable up to 300 users which in some other questions tries to catch you out.

Microsoft Business... Only Business Premium allows you to manage devices... So if it is Microsoft Business Premium - agree with the answer otherwise Microsoft Office E3.
