Yes D should be correct. Static groups can be changed to dynamic groups in the AAD Admin Center.

Answer is D as you can change the static group to dynamic once you've synced from on-premise AD to AzureAD. Then you create an expression under the dynamic rules. I.e. if the user's department field contains the word "Sales" then it'll automatically add them.

You cannot edit synced group using Azure Ad. Only can edit it on prem ad. So cannot convert synced group to dynamic group using Azure ad. Also on prem dynamic cannot be sync to Azure ad. So in this question user creates team using team client so the gorup should be ms 365 group in Azure Ad. Users are synced to Azure ad. We convert ms 365 group to dynmanic group create a query based on departmet and add synced users to Sales group using Azure Ad admin center. The answer is D

I think the answer is A the key word is on on-prem that syncs. You would create a dynamic distribution group on-prem that pulls all sales members and syncs to 365.
