Can somebody explain why not D? I do not see the need of removing previously onboarded devices. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security/threat-protection/microsoft-defender-atp/onboard-configure Also data location behave is changing but I think that Europe devices just define a logical unit grouping the devices.
