What is the 'Copy ADMX and ADML files to C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions' in this question? i dont understand. You take care of the job by enable OneDrive Known folder move right?

Its GPO files which need to be copied over to the location and use GPO to configure the settings to write the files silently to One drive.

Onedrive policies doesn't exist by default on Windows. You need to install OneDrive to be able to see them. Then you need to copy them to that folder. Once they're there you're able to configure them using GPOEdit https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/onedrive/use-group-policy
