Allowing IP-Video for guest users can be done in "MS Teams admin center -> Org-wide settings -> Guest access -> Allow IP video". BTW: There are no "sharing settings" in the M365 admin center. ;-)

Of course, there is..On Microsoft 365 Portal Search , Type Sharing Settings ,but not relevant for this Question..

I Agree with you @Targeter82. Tested in the LAB and nothing like sharing settings. So the answer is B

Right. The other clue, is look for capitalization. If it's captitalized, they are looking for specific configuration feature named that, like a proper noun.

By going to "Microsoft 365 admin center -> Settings -> Org settings -> Security & privacy", there is a "Sharing" setting. But it‘s to determine whether only admins or all users can add guest.
