Correct Answer: B Wire Data looks at network data at the application level, not down at the TCP transport layer. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/insights/wire-data

No. Wire data in Azure Monitor is not a full capture of network data. It is not intended for deep packet-level troubleshooting. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/insights/wire-data

Yes is my answer. I would still choose yes as answer because Wire-Data has still so much information to troubleshoot/analyze the network issue.
