I just passed today 2/2023 with a 900, and I can say with 100 certainty that the correct answer is D, Workspace. The reason I can say that is because "Publish an app" wasn't even one of the available answers to choose.

The correct answer is B. To have different access for different dashboards and reports, the best solution is to create and publish an app.

My thoughts would be: key word = distribute, this is done via publish app, otherwise if this was only to be shared and collaborated on, workspaces would be the answer
