Should be "NO", to connect to Search Index we need "SearchServiceClient" and "SearchCredential"

Its correct because the search index has been created "You create the index in Azure Search." so SearchServiceClient exists so in step 1 you can get the client by SearchServiceClient.Indexes.GetClient

you can also directly create SearchIndexClient by using this SearchIndexClient indexClient = new SearchIndexClient(searchServiceName, indexName, new SearchCredentials(queryApiKey));
