Article templates help you create new articles for your organization's knowledge base library. You can use mail merge templates with Office Word to create customer-ready letters, faxes, e-mail messages, and quotes. Answer is A and E

So we have to figure out what templates use Word as this is the requierement. A. Email NOPES (emailtemplate) B. Article NOPES. But it does say that you can create a template with boilerplate text. And if the definition in link is correct.. i would select this as the second option because none of the others makes sense. https://www.investopedia.com/terms/b/boilerplate.asp C: Global NOPES (this is an emailtemplate type, used for a custom entities) D: Page NOPES (HTML) E: Mail Merge YES (word template)

I think the answer is DE the key word here is " all internal Microsoft Word documents" As duchan mentioned, email, article don't use word templates.. i don't think Global by itself is a type of templates, global email is a type and that one doesn't do word templates either. So remaining answers are mail merge which does do word template. And page (html) not too sure but maybe you can start from word then change it to html somehow

if you go to settings-templates there is email templates, mail merge templates and articles templates exist. but under article it says only for knowledge base so answer should be email and email merge.

Article templates are for organization's own knowledge base library. But the questions stands for Client requirement that means anything which is sent to customer. It can be Email and Mail Merge (it can be used with Word)
