D. Canvas App Reasoning: Quick view form is non-editable. You can, however, embed a canvas app on the guest form. Then use contextual information from the form to update the related record data (i.e., guest preferences). yeah but a bit of an overkill... why create a canvas app when you just need to record slipper size?...

Option D: Existing canvas apps that use the sub-grid control will continue to work. However, we recommend that you migrate these apps to use a column instead. More information: Migrating embedded canvas apps on model-driven forms that use a list of rows related to the current (main form) row for details. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/model-driven-apps/embedded-canvas-app-guidelines

Data in quick view controls cannot be edited and quick view forms do not support form scripts.(https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/customize/create-edit-quick-view-forms) Quick view forms are read-only. Use them to create forms that are for reading purposes only. Answer should be D.

I think the answer should be "C". There is a comment in the last section that I think this is addressing: "During testing, a user discovered that on the guest record, there are two stay type fields: Stay Type, which is an option set, and Stay, which is a lookup. Stay does not appear in any other area." The quickest way to fix this would be with a Quick View Form. A canvas app is not tied to any data in the database, but quick view form could be placed on the form to substitute the two Stay Type fields. Quick View are editable, but you can only add new single column sections. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/customize/create-edit-quick-view-forms

i think it's C aswell.. the case says "The hotel wants to avoid custom development and Inline frames (Iframes) where possible." so canvas app wouldn't be an option

Data in a Quick View Form cannot be edited. Unsure on what the correct answer would be here.

Yes you are right, Quick View Form cannot be edited. In my opinion it should be Canvas Apps.
