Isn't the solution A: Item group here? On the item group, only the postings are defined. This has nothing to do with cost. D: BOM formula has a big impact on the cost

D should be correct because you need to define ledger accounts that are related to standard cost variances. The ledger accounts can reflect item groups and cost groups.

Item group has nothing to do with cost, but with setup of posting to ledger. So option A is correct.
