AE is correct. There are 4 ways to trigger the Meeting Migration Service. these are items 3 and 4 from the list at this link: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/audio-conferencing-in-office-365/setting-up-the-meeting-migration-service-mms B is NOT correct. This tool updates SfB meetings with new links etc, but has nothing to do with migrating to Teams. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/meeting-update-tool-for-skype-for-business-and-lync-2b525fe6-ed0f-4331-b533-c31546fcf4d4

The PowerShell in A is correct for sure and it took me a while to find that second setting, but I found it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GdGqyS72cn8&feature=emb_logo Users > user > account > Teams upgrade > edit > Migrate this user's meetings to Teams set to ON.

AB A: Meeting Migration Service (MMS) is a Skype for Business service that runs in the background and automatically updates Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams meetings for users. MMS is designed to eliminate the need for users to run the Meeting Migration Tool to update their Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams meetings. Also, with Start-CsExMeetingMigration cmdlet, you can start a meeting migration manually. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/audio-conferencing-in-office-365/setting-up-the-meeting-migration-service-mms B: The Skype for Business Online, Meeting Update Tool helps you to update all of your existing meetings after you are enabled for PSTN Conferencing in Skype for Business Online. This tool finds your existing meetings with outdated information and automatically sends updated meeting invitations to all the participants. After the tool is run, your meetings will reflect the new information that should be used by you and your participants to join it. The tool will update the Conference URL of the meeting as the phone number and conference ID that can be used to join it via PSTN Conferencing.

It isn't B. "The Meeting Update Tool for Skype for Business and Lync helps you update your meetings when your account switches servers or when it upgrades from Lync to Skype for Business." It doesn't update SfB meetings to Teams meetings. This info is from: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/meeting-update-tool-for-skype-for-business-and-lync-2b525fe6-ed0f-4331-b533-c31546fcf4d4 Correct answers are A and E.

AB is correct. In the link reference clearly explains how the migration tool works and it explains how it convert skype meetings into Teams meetings. According to the question, user is already in Teams Only, so the upgrade option has been changed and the user still has the issue. A and B are the options to fix the issue.

A and E are correct A - Start-CsExMeetingMigration cmdlet and specify the -identity parameter. Ref # https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/skype/start-csexmeetingmigration?view=skype-ps Excerpts from article - MMS is designed to eliminate the need for users to run the Meeting Migration Tool to update their Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams meetings. "So this automatically kicks out option B" E - Modify the Microsoft Teams upgrade policy. While modifying only you get the option to migrate meetings to Teams. This triggers MMS and takes few hours to update meetings. This also sends new meeting notifications to the recipients with Teams link.

The Meeting Migration Service (MMS) is a service that updates a user’s existing meetings in the following scenarios: - When a user is migrated from on-premises to the cloud. - When an admin makes a change to the user’s audio conferencing settings - When an online user is upgraded to Teams only, or when a user's mode in TeamsUpgradePolicy is set to SfBwithTeamsCollabAndMeetings - When you use PowerShell By default, MMS is automatically triggered in each of these cases. In addition, admins can use a PowerShell cmdlet to manually trigger meeting migration for a given user. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/audio-conferencing-in-office-365/setting-up-the-meeting-migration-service-mms

A and E are the correct answers. The Meeting Migration Service has now been updated to support migrating from SfB to Teams, when you change a users upgrade mode to Teams only their existing meetings will be converted auto-magically. https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams/convert-sfb-meetings-into-team-meetings/m-p/576476
