In my opinion is D. The text here does not describe the workflow, but we could assume that there is an email that will be sent from the "sender" mailbox ("welcome workflow" seems to me something automatic at some sort of registration). So that's it that has to be sync in QA (moreover you can sync a mail only with one environment, so it cannot be A). It would be B if we thought that this workflow sends an email from the mailbox of the user (tester) that's triggering the workflow.

Agree totally, tester should RECEIVE the welcome email. We should set and sync the SENDER > D is correct

The Tester is the one working in the test environment and supposedly should be able to SEND and RECEIVE, so this is a bit of distraction from the real point. You can only use Dynamics 365 Outlook App in ONE environment at the time. so the answer is B. Please refer to https://andz88.wordpress.com/2017/01/27/gotchas-on-dynamics-365-outlook-app-deployment/ Gotcha#1

correct answer is D.. remember case notes say that system settings are the same accross all 3 environments meaning that the workflow's From field will the sender account for all 3 environemnts.. not tester.. So to test the workflow, you would switch sender's mailbox to sync with QA

question is that you need to test the workflow so in this case you are the tester so I guess it would be B. It could be sender if sender are testing the application or sender are sending email but someone else is testing that

The answer is B (I think) you should be using a separate account for testing and production sending. A mailbox is only setup to one instance

I would go with A. The sender is important to be able to send emails. tester email (recipient) can be whatever - gmail, 10 min email ..etc

I believe the difference is you are testing in this case, so you are the tester, and the sender will most likely not be you.
