option A) Export only the primary solution from the QA environment. coz the spelling mistake has already been corrected and imported from sandbox to QA environment by admin

but "Customizations must be made in the Sandbox environment, exported as a managed solution, and imported into the QA environment." so that solution is as managed in QA and cannot be exported. he only updated label with unmanaged change. I would go with export only primary from SB

I go with B also I figured out that there's an issue in the field on the QA, I fixed the issue in Sandbox, then imported a "managed" solution to QA. I need to move the fix to Production, I export the same solution from Sandbox and import it to production, since you cannot export the managed solution from QA.

The text says that the solutions were imported as unmanaged into QA, so A is correct

yes, but the question says "You need to import all changes to production, including the change to the Number of Children label.", noy only the change to the number of children label. we can´t exported manager solution from QA. So, we have to export unmanager solution with the correction from Sandbox

Well all deployments have to go Sandbox -> QA -> Production So regardless of what has made it to QA, you cant just export straight from Sandbox -> Production. Everthing thats been tested in QA should get deployed to Production.

I think the correct answer is C since we need to import ALL the customizations but the problem was fixed previously with some one unmanaged solution moved to QA environment. If we want to move it to a production instance we need to add this change to solution with other changes. All changes need to be moved from Sandbox to QA as managed. Managed solutions cannot be exported. B is also an option but C appeals to me. Any other opinions?

Answer C seems more logical since you want to make any changes in the sandbox, and import those changes to a solution to move it around, either as a managed or unmanaged solution.

I vote for B (normally QA should be managed so impossible to export)

But the scenario states that the admin imported the changes to QA as an unmanaged solution, so it's fair to assume that isn't the case for this company. In that case I believe exporting the primary solution from the QA environment should capture the spelling fix along with everything else, so A is correct.

As usual, a confused question! The right answer should be: - Add the changes to the primary solution in Sandbox; - Export the primary solution from Sandbox; - Import primary solution in Production. But we can choose only one option, so, "roll the dice" and choose one. Likely the changes was done using the solution, this mean that changes are already inside it, so i vote for "B. Export only primary solution from the Sandbox environment" (and cross fingers).
