in the question it is asked to assist the support worker, what should YOU do? so it maybe like if the support worker updates the sharepoint record name and the we can Upload the document under the child's new name in Dynamics 365 coz support worker doesn't have access so we can do that part for him... i hope it makes sense... So i guess option C is the correct answer

guid should be permanent as long as it relates to the same record. I think we should just modify the name- option B

I also think the answer is B. A. Upload the document to a manually created SharePoint location under the new name in Dynamics - would lose any existing data in the previous folder B. Update the SharePoint record name - would require you to then update the Document Location in D365 C. Upload the document under the child's new name in Dynamics 365 - Support worker does not have access to D365 only Office 365 applications. D. Update the SharePoint GUID - guid should not change, not even sure if you're able to change the Sharepoint GUID?

B seems like the best answer, as the support worker only has access to Office 365 applications, not D365. But as a developer, YOU are able to update the Sharepoint folder name to the new child name, and then update the Document Location in D365.

according to this link: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/basics/manage-sharepoint-documents-document-locations-in-dynamics-365-apps#manage-sharepoint-locations the folder name on sharepoint will be <record_name>_<record_id> and thus in this case the name of the child followed by the GUID - If the child's name was already updated in D365 - then the GUID will remain the same but the existing folder on Sharepoint will probably still have the wrong name + correct GUID. So I'm not entirely sure about this, but I would go for A an manually create a new folder on Sharepoint with the correct name + the GUID of the old & wrong folder?

C is the right answer. Even though name has changed, the guid doesn't. In SharePoint the associated folder is created with Id(guid) and not the display name.

An option should be A because support worker only have office 365 access and as CRM admin, we can teach them to upload the attachment in the same record
