I didn't find this tha path System administration > Setup > System > System service accounts in D365. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamicsax-2012/appuser-itpro/specify-the-workflow-execution-account do you have any clarification for me?

I think A. "The workflow system uses various batch jobs. Workflow message processing is an important batch job used to process workflow messages. If workflow is a key component of your organization, you should consider configuring the Workflow message processing batch job as critical" Please kindly correct if I am wrong

But among the options mentioned in question, Option A will not move workflow from waiting state to any next level. only option which has some impact is option D.

Precisely. Changing the batch job status won't relfect the execution of the job - if it wasn't working, it will still not be working. Either there's some X+ error in the workflow (there's no such response to pick), or.. the workflow account is not set up:-) Thus - D.

Technically D isn't correct either - the "Workflow parameters" link isn't where you specify the execution account, it's "Workflow infrastructure configuration", but the others are definitely wrong so, where as D is only semantically wrong.
