That is the thing in Credit Unions you can have multiple accounts and multiple customers under an account. Just saying in real life situations. The answer is correct.

I'm not so sure. To me this looks like a many-to-many relationship between customers and accounts. If that is the case, that would mean that the Account table would have to list the same account separate times for each customer it is assigned to - and duplicate the values for the other account-related fields. The option for 3 tables, one of them just associating customer id to account id would make more sense - EXCEPT that the customer and account tables would still need to have the key fields (customer id and account id) on them - and the option listed doesn't mention those being included.
