Record Selection - we must first choose the records to send one email Record Update - listen to updates and wait 60 days to see if there is no other update - then delete the record Record Selection - we want to select all records and run an action on them to correct existing data

For second it's a create. Create and wait 60 days. Update would not be ever triggered.

But you need to check if the record has been updated throughout those 60 days

on each time record update, it will set a trigger to wait for 60 days and then check for conditions to delete. on create it will just for one time so use on Record update.

2nd one want to delete records have not been modified in 60 days. "Record deletion" is the ACTION not the TRIGGER. Trigger should be last update/modified and have a wait condition of 60 days if no further update had been made??

manually trigger flow we can use to select old records that are 60 days older. i think all triggers should be on record selection by using button flow. because all records are old. if no why?

I know they said Trigger 3 times, but is there any chance they meant Action? The answer makes sense then.

The questions is what trigger should you use' For my the options are: 1) Creation: because you may to start the flow when the email is created. 2) Selection: I don't see another way to trigger a flow with a record to verify if it is more than 60 days old. 3) Selection.

Seriously WTH? There is a documentation that says there are these 4 triggers for CDS (Select, Create, Update, Delete) https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/connection-cds While there is a different documentation that says the triggers are (Created, Updated, Deleted) there is no Select! https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/commondataserviceforapps/#triggers And I went to power automate, there are only (on Create, Update, Delete) triggers! WTH is this question? It's going to blow a nerve if I got this question on the exam....

In the documentation it is stated that you can initiate your flow with the following triggers: - When a record is selected - When a record is created - When a record is deleted - When a record is updated "When a record is selected" as a trigger in Power Automate is similar to the functionality of an on-demand workflow where we can select records and trigger the workflow/flow manually. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/connection-cds

No, there is When a Record is Selected trigger, it just that it's not included in the group of CUD triggers and the description on it is "Triggers a flow ehn a record is selected from the flow menu in the command bar.

The difference: Common Data Service: Provides access to the environment database on the Microsoft Common Data Service. -> Trigger: When a record is... Created, Selected, Updated or Deleted. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/commondataservice/ Common Data Service (current environment): Provides access to the org-based database on Microsoft Common Data Service in current environment. -> Trigger: When a flow is executed; When a record is... Created, Updated or Deleted. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/commondataserviceforapps/

For the second one, the most natural choice would be record update, but if we create a record and we never modify it, this would be never triggered
