1/1/1 - I believe there's a confusion for some between a Connector and a Connection Reference. In cases 2 and 3 only one connector is used for all flows: case 2 - Microsoft sharepoint connector, case 3 - Azure Data lake connector. For case 1 - I'm debating whether it's 1 or 3 is the minimum, I guess I'll go with the lowest

I would go for 3/3/3 - 3 different databases 3 connectors - If you want apps to displaying From sharepoint, you have to go for canvas right? So also need 3 different connectors. - 3 different flows. I think every single flow needs its own connector.

3-1-2 The first answers are easy 3 and 1. To create three Flows that each copy data to Microsoft Azure Data Lake on different schedules, you need to use two connectors, the Azure Data Lake connector and the Recurrence connector. The Recurrence connector allows you to create a trigger that runs a flow on a regular schedule, such as daily, weekly, or monthly.

3/1/2 should be the right response as based on solid reasoning and cross questioning with the ChatGPT.

2 for the latter one makes absolutely no sense without any explanation. So, ChatGPT, challenge us, why 2?

3-1-1 For the first scenario, since the company plans to synchronize data with three different proprietary database formats, they would need three connectors, one for each database format. For the second scenario, since the company plans to create three Power Apps apps that each display data from a Microsoft SharePoint list, they would only need one connector that connects to SharePoint, as all three apps will be using the same data source. For the third scenario, since the company plans to create three flows that each copy data to Microsoft Azure Data Lake on different schedules, they would only need one connector that connects to Azure Data Lake, as all three flows will be using the same data source and schedule.

The answer given is correct. This is similar to question 109. The *minimum* number of connectors for a. is 1. As for b and c, each Power App needs its own connector and each Flow needs its own connector so 3 and 3

Yeah but in that previous question it mentioned "create a canvas app that connects to three databases with different proprietary database formats." which i believe is still 1 type of data source so 1 connector was the minimum required. However, this question mentions "three data sources" so I'm leaning over 3 connectors.

Its 3-1-1 Just checked and Canvas apps has the ability to re-use connectors. Just open the App Studio and Click "View" in the top ribbon and data source. You will see list of connectors. Try adding a new app where you already have a pre-existing connector (for e.g. from another Canvas app). As soon as you select the app, the screen shows pre-existing Connectors for the second app that you can select. Save the app and go to the Connectors page. You will only find that single connector which is not linked to both Apps.

After Asking to an Expert the answer is 3 - 0 - 1 3 : you have to import the data of 3 distinct databases so 3 connectors 0 : the three Power Apps fetch data from the same data source which is a Sharepoint list. It's already native in Power Apps, so you don't need connectors. The answer is 0. 1 : you need the connector for Azure Datalake so only one connector

Expert may be 100% correct in the real world, but that doesn't mean that's how you should answer on a Microsoft test

You summed up Microsoft's philosophy with all their tests. This is spot on. It might work in the real world, but in Microsoft's world it's what they say it is.

I would say 3,3,1 first - 3 difrent sources so 3 different connectors, 2nd - 3 apps, each one need connector (they don't ask for types of connectors) so 3 connectors 3rd - 1 as is same app, same source

i agree with u but for the 3rd it says 3 flows as well which each need 1 connector so in my opinion all need 3 connectors.

I've used this site to assist with AZ-900, AI-900 & DP-900 and been pretty happy with the info. This PL-900 has so many errors in it i have lost all confidence in the accuracy of the answers.

same here, but the fact is we need 700/1000, and most of the discutions provide the right answer. AZ-900 was almost perfect, i hope MS-900 will be the same !

It should be 3/1/1. Prop database could be any db format so would need 3 different connectors where as if you create connection with Sharepoint or ADL you can reuse those connections or connectors while adding source in power app designer without creating multiple entries in same environment.
