I agree with you, in fact nowadays, system shows this message: The security of the environment has been updated and moved to the Power Platform Administration Center.

Agree, You can create user accounts for Power Apps in the Power Platform admin center. You can also apply a security role To create an application user, you can follow these steps: Sign in to the Power Platform admin center as a System Administrator. Select Environments, and then select an environment from the list. Select Settings. Select Users + permissions, and then select Application users. Select + New app user to open the Create a new app user page.

For the first question, both AAD and PowerApps AC are correct. But since the question states specifically creation of new users in PowerApps, I would choose PowerApps AC.

malheureusement la plupart des questions dans ce test ne sont pas très bien formulées. Test PL-900 la plus mauvaise certification Microsoft que j'ai lu en comparant avec AZ 900 , IA 900, DP 900, MB 910... à cause des questions qui ne sont pas précises , dans chaque question tu trouveras plusieurs réponses possibles

The question it self says "Admin center" on the right corner before you reveal the solution so AAD is automatically eliminated from the options so there should be no confusion on this question.

1 is D365 Admin center and here is why: AAD allows to create users, but question requires PowerApps users, it can be done in Dynamics365 Admin Center only.
