Correct answer is A. Microsoft Dynamic Access Control (DAC) is a data governance tool in Windows Server 2016 that lets administrators control access settings. DAC uses centralized policies to let administrators review who has access to individual files. Files can be manually or automatically classified.

Exact the same question in Sybex's MCSA Windows Server 2016 Practice Tests book says the correct answer is Dynamic Access Control, but I found there are more bad answers in this book. It's better to study more from relevant sources than rely on these practice tests books only. Correct answer is really Network Security Group (NSG).
