Option A - No. Sync mode is mostly used for High Availability, also recommended when the nodes are within 100Kms distance. Option B - Must be No. Operation modes must be identical between nodes in a Multi node replication and there is nothing mentioned in the question about the modes. Option C - ? Azure AD application for failover, not sure about this.

Azure AD application is required for the STONITH using azure fencing agent, to shut down VMs and prevent splitbrain. Using the fencing agent instead of using a VM as iSCSI STONITH device is to meet the business requirements to - minimize costs whenever possible.

Answers should be all No. 3rd question should be No (as AD has nothing to do with failover, it is for network authentication)

Option B, NO is correct. Minimize the bandwidth used for database synchronization. https://help.sap.com/viewer/6b94445c94ae495c83a19646e7c3fd56/2.0.03/en-US/627bd11e86c84ec2b9fcdf585d24011c.html

first box is indeed No, although case study indicates that they need minimal downtime, across regions, from on-prem to Azure scenarios only support asyc replication ( more than 100 kms)
