This question assumes that the AD Recycle bin (which is optional) is enabled.

The question clearly states all optional features are enabled and it's a 2016 functional level, so this feature would be included.

answer D. Recover a deleted object from the Active Directory Recycle Bin is correct. Answer A and C were legacy and out-dated technologies for recovering deleted objects in the Windows Server 2003 era, these two options would usually cause half to 1 hour of down time on domain controller. Answer B is incorrect as the "Cluster1" computer account was deleted, not disabled.
