From Microsoft documentation: "You don't need to do the /PrepareDomain step in the domain where you ran the /PrepareAD command, because the /PrepareAD command has automatically prepared that domain for you." Therefore, correct answer is - only in the two domains where you did not run /PrepareAD.

Agreed as the Schema Master is within site A also, and all domains contain exchange servers or mail enabled objects
