Although the Network testing companion can be used to measure packet loss, it is for individual computer use. it would be cumbersome to need to install this on every computer that will be testing. The call quality dashboard on the other hand, can generate reports on the call quality for all pilot computers, and would likely be the Microsoft preferred answer. Will go with B if seen on exam.

I would say B as the Network Testing Companion is something I would run to test the environment/endpoints before rolling out Teams. CQD would be the go to after the deployment to determine Packet Loss

B is correct (i think) - this tool does help, but has to installed on individual machines using local admin privileges. A pilot deployment will consist of more than one user and will require a lot resource to deploy this tool on each computer. If the question stated for "one user" then you could use the tool.

If this question appears in the exam, I will choose B. The Network Testing Companion is less detailed and it is not focused on the daily operations.
