Yes, it is the correct answer. You need a CRM-Parameter to get the lcid from user dynamically as stated here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/dynamicscrm-2015/developers-guide/gg334511(v=crm.7)#getuserlcid The static values for lcid or orgLcid (get lcid from org base language) does not match the requirement to get the language for individual users.
