Here's why i think it's
0.1 is the first IP we can use for a host
0.0 < 0 ( the one ending in 0) is the network ip, in the Q they are looking for the Network IP.
the other options are subnet masks. Hope that helps :)
Network runs 192.168.1.0 to 192.168.1.255. Now the first one and the last are reserve. So if I ask what network belongs 192.168.1.100 it belongs to 192.168.1.0
