The "You need to reduce the time required to synchronize data." is pretty open for interpertation, when is the time reduced enough for it to be solution that meets the goal? This can be used for syncing data and you can control the interval. Question is not "are there better solutions out there?" So I would say A but can be wrong cause maybe it does not reduce the time enought to be a valid solution.

The fact that we SSIS you can control the interval is irrilevant. The question says "on some days". So maybe the synchronisation happens once a month, by SSIS or by the DES. I am not an expert, but considering this I doubt that SSIS is faster than a tailored for Azure SQL Server solution as DES. So I would say NO

In an integration scenario you should also delete records removed from the original system, if you only create and update the solution is not complete
