Wrong answer, it is admin-trusted so on Server 1 , HGS hyper-v support feature and Set-HGSclientconfiguration https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/security/guarded-fabric-shielded-vm/guarded-fabric-guarded-host-prerequisites

Unless the 127 question is missing content, I believe in that question you have no HSG in your environment yet making that question's answer correct but this question's answer incorrect due to already having HSG set up on server 2.
