As with NTFS, you can allow or deny each share permission. To simplify managing share and NTFS permissions, Microsoft recommends giving Everyone Full
Control at the share level, and then controlling access via NTFS permissions.

Shouldn't it be "Read" for NTFS? I mean yes, for Share permission it makes sense, but for NTFS should not be full control for security reasons.

It seems to be asking for two permissions, 1 for Share and 1 for NTFS. So it would be "Full" for Share and "Read" for NTFS.
