The answer appears correct. In the instructions you assign config group to frame and wheel before completing the BOM and activating it. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/supply-chain/pim/tasks/create-bill-materials-dimension-based-product-master

Shouldn't answer 1 be swapped with 2? The configuration groups are really assigned to the BOM lines - not the items as such, so the BOM has to come first.
