because it is a correlated query that the constant is compared to, the server will have to do the comparison for each record.

Answer is correct but the inner query is wrong. In the inner query it should be sp.BusinessentityID=e.BusyinessentityID.

The order of the factors do not affect the product. It's the same as: WHERE e.BusinessentityID=sp.BusyinessentityID
