Good call! No idea how Microsoft interprets their own questions, but i would go with no as well for the second question. Why not use true or false with these kind of questions?

Yes- You can use Power Automate to create flows from scratch or from templates without writing any code. Yes - You can use Power Automate templates to create flows based on common scenarios and use cases. You can also customize and extend the templates by adding additional actions or conditions to suit your specific needs. No - You cannot view the code that implements workflow actions and triggers in Power Automate. Power Automate is a low-code/no-code platform that abstracts the underlying code from the user. You can only view and edit the properties and parameters of the actions and triggers in the graphical user interface. If you want to view or write code for your flow, you need to use other tools such as Visual Studio Code or Azure Logic Apps.

Yes, Yes , Yes Regarding the 2 nd scenario "True. In the scenario described, you can add additional actions to the built-in Power Automate templates to customize the automation workflow. For example, in addition to sending an email notification when a new file is placed in a specific folder in OneDrive for Business, you can incorporate additional actions such as creating a task, updating a SharePoint list, or triggering another process based on your specific requirements. Power Automate provides flexibility to extend and enhance the functionality of the built-in templates to meet your unique needs."

You CAN use a single line of code, but why would you? Again one of those weird questions that are clearly made with theatricality and deception in mind ;)
