ACD. A rework batch order must be created, and an existing batch number must be specified as the batch that is to be reworked. Set the option to reserve the reworked inventory.

Step 7 (for B). To add lines to the rework batch order, click Formula, add or modify lines in the Formula line form, and close the form. Nothing talks about selecting the exiting batch number in the documentation. The provide answer appears correct.
