Just as an explanation beyond "the answer is correct", the goal here is clearly a quota. This eliminates choices B and C as options. So, now you're left between an NTFS quota (from A) or an FSRM quota (from D). NTFS quotas will only affect the drive letter level, whereas FSRM has immensely more flexibility. So, D is the right answer, but now you know why.
