Backup Operators Members of this group can back up and restore files on a computer, regardless of any permissions that protect those files. This is because the right to perform a backup takes precedence over all file permissions. Members of this group cannot change security settings.

Why should this be no? Adding users to backup operators local group on the 2 servers will give them rights to restore files on those servers.

This is the answer I cross referenced "No, Server1 and Server2 uses local group "Backup Operators" for granting backup and restore rights to normal users. The solution would let User1 to backup files and folders on domain controllers for contoso.com instead" excited to hear your thoughts Im kinda confused on this one weird scenario.

Question 8 is not this question. Question 8 asks if adding the user to the builtin backup operators security group on the domain would work (it doesn't). This question asks if adding the users to each server's local group "Backup Operators" would work (it would). The correct answer is A, yes.
