B is best answer. Logs for go to: Appilication and Sevices Logs > Microsoft > Windows > Powershell > Operational

Answer is correct. The Group Policy help description for this setting specifies... "This policy setting enables logging of all PowerShell script input to the Microsoft-Windows-PowerShell/Operational event log"
