File1 - DC3 User1 - DC 4,5,6 (User1 will replicate to DC5 and DC6 since they are in the same domain, even if it is not GC server.)

I don't understand why User1 would be stored on DC 4. It's not a Global Catalog Server, and it's in a different domain than the DC's where the user was created. That account shouldn't be present on any of the DC's listed unless DDC4 were made a GCS. (Which it probably should be since the stated question shows no GCS for the child domain.
