NOTE: In a copy operation, a new GPO is created in the destination domain or forest. During an import, GPMC requires that the destination object already exist; the imported settings will overwrite any existing information in the destination GPO. https://searchwindowsserver.techtarget.com/feature/Group-Policy-Management-Console

Simple question that tries to confuse you with a ton of information. Just focus on last GP to be imported which was GP02. GP02 settings Apply.

Answer is correct - GPO2 settings all apply. Only way to merge GPOs without 3rd party tool is with PS or Microsoft Security Compliance Manager.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-desktop-optimization-pack/agpm/import-a-gpo-from-a-file-agpmadmin "When you import policy settings from a file, you can import them into a new GPO or an existing GPO. However, if you import policy settings into an existing GPO, all policy settings within it are replaced." Since GPO2 was last to be imported, all settings for GPO2 will apply.

Should be disabled for the 2nd question. Not defined settings will not overwrite GPO settings on import.
