I think that the exact solutions are A and B. Because in the requirements there is this "All inmate information needs to be brought into the new system from the proprietary database and kept in sync."

I'd say AC is correct. Proprietary database can be replaced with another SQL DB. - All data older than five years has been maintained in a Microsoft SQL Server database. - Every six months the college receives a new guard list in a CSV file.

The requirements are this: -All data older than five years has been maintained in a Microsoft SQL Server database. -Every six months the college receives a new guard list in a CSV file. Then answers are SQL Server and CSV

I Agree with Mario1982 - you see the key is "kept in sync" - that will never be needed if the proprietary DB was sunsetting. And "All data" older than 5 years is in SQL Server, when we are using a CDS based system then why do we need to use that as migration is easy and going forward new system will store historical info.

Correct. "All inmate information needs to be brought into the new system from the proprietary database and kept in sync" suggests not need to reference proprietary database from new system in use

I think that the exact solutions are A and B. C is incorrect answer because: All data older than five years has been maintained in a Microsoft SQL Server database. But in the go-live plans states: - All previous data needs to be in the system before going live. So after go-live all data (and also the data older than 5 year) are migrated into the new system

Answer should be A & B where A referred to CSV files of guards coming every month for import and B requires preoperatory databases being in synch with Dynamics.

i feel that B & C are correct because in section General within the first Paragraph it says the data should be brought in from the proprietary system and "Kept in Sync" - to me this means that want from the time the data is imported into Dynamics 365 that the users will transition from using the proprietary system but the system should still be updated with the new entries recorded in Dynamics.
