Although I want to add the question and answers are not good. If you want something to only run 1 time, you schedule it, you don't set the concurrency. Setting that is about letting only 1 instance at a time to run. The question doesn't say, runs 20 at a time, it says 20 times a day, and you only want to run it once. The real answer is, delete the current Trigger, add a Scheduled Trigger to only run 1 time a day.
