1. Customer Name 2. Extract the last 12 characters -Customer Name because it has a greater number of distinct vs unique values in the column. This implies that there are repeating values in it. -Second statement requires 10 digits in the phone number. If choose "extract the text after the ")" delimiter", it will leave a leading whitespace for certain rows since there is a space after the ")" in certain rows and this counts as a digit which would make it 11 digits which does NOT meet the requirement. BUT, if we use the other option "Extract the last 12 characters", then it will NOT include the leading whitespace and correctly satisfy the 10 digit requirement as well as not including whitespace which can throw off calculations, sort orders, etc.
