Suggest the answer is actually B. There is no mention of Office Online Server in the docs, and it is generally unrelated to centralized add-in deployment. Conversely, the docs state "Your subscription directory must either be in, or federated to Azure Active Directory." https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/manage/centralized-deployment-of-add-ins?view=o365-worldwide

Confirmed, answer should be B, because "office online server" is an on-premises server: "Office Online Server is the next version of Office Web Apps Server. It is an on-premises server." https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/officeonlineserver/office-online-server

I agree with B as 'Azure AD'. the deployment is done using M365 Admin Center. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/add-ins/publish/centralized-deployment
