Given answer is correct. To fulfill the requirements following should be done Requirement 1: Change "Qualify lead experience" from Yes to No with this change the user is prompted to choose which record types are created during lead conversion, which allows the users to select Contact only. Requirement 2: Change "Customize close opportunity form" from No to Yet with this change the close opportunity form can be customized allowing the user to choose during the opportunity closure the final status
