In the existing forecast the Lost column currently references the default value. If you want that the Lost column references another Amount field, such as the Total Detail Amount, you can change this in the existing forecast: Open the forecast Go to the Layout In the Lost column open the settings Select the amount field - in this case choose Total Detail Amount Save the forecast see also: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/sales/choose-layout-and-columns-forecast
