2nd form: The table also should not contain partial dependency. Here partial dependency means the proper subset of candidate key determines a non-prime attribute.

As all attributes depend only on the primary key there can be no transitive dependency, right? So that'd mean the database automatically satisfies the 3rd normal form as well. I think the answer should be C

three users could have the same address, so that address would be in the database 3 times. 3rd normal form would move the address to it's own table with users having a reference to it.
