D is correct. Speakers are published automatically when you publish a session they are assigned to. So you need publish event and session.

The wrong thing in every answer is: you cannot publish the speaker (msevtmgt_speaker) nor the speaker engagement record (msevtmgt_speakerengagement), the one that relates the speaker to an event: both are like account or contact status active or inactive but I don't see any publish button nor anything that does a publish, go live and such. D is the one which is not as wrong as the others, best bet!
