B is the correct answer here. You need to do it in visual studio though: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/user-interface/build-workspace

Always add tile to form or workspace. KPI Never directly drag to form. The logic is , KPI add to tile. Then in form or workspace to pick tile which KPI assigned. So, B is the answer.

Question looks tricky Drag and drop the KPI from Solution explorer onto the tile in the Tile designer and save it. Then we create an extension of an existing workspace form or create a new workspace form . Acually workspace show the KPI. Definition says: KPIs can be created in the developer environment and then embedded into workspaces to provide users with key measurable values that allow them to see how business is performing Now come to exam question explanation. Question says You create a key performance indicator (KPI) in a development environment. it means Option B (Create a tile and add the KPI to the tile) is already done . Now just need to show/ display the KPI So, I say option A is correct . I can be wrong. If you can explain it more. Kindly reply on my comment . Thank You

I will acctually say that A is correct. The text says you need to display the KPI. The only valid option to display a KPI to the user (out of these three options) is by creating a new workspace. Modify a form is no longer available in Dynamics, and just creating a KPI will not show the KPI anywhere, you would have to have an additional step to actually display the KPI.

What if you already have a workspace? There's no need to create a NEW workspace every time, it would make for a lot of workspaces, each with a single KPI on them.

It says "You need to display the KPI"... No mention of creating new workspace or adding to form. Therefore I would say B is right choice.

A is correct, KPI can be represented as Tile.
